Cotter is a sweet boy who came to us after a kind person found him dumped on a long gravel road. He is energetic. He will need work on leash training and not jumping but he just wants to be loved. He would be better in an adult home or home with older kids that he would not knock down. Also a fenced in yard would be great for him. Sometime we get dogs that do not require a fenced in yard but Cotter would need one as he does not all on a leash at all .
